Tiered Bonus Terms and Conditions
- The tiered bonus (‘bonus’) offer is open to new Orca customers only.
- New customers are individuals who:
i. have not yet invested with Orca Money Limited (Orca) before; and
ii. in Orca’s reasonable opinion, are capable of being accepted as a customer of Orca, in accordance with the requirements of Orca’s Standard Terms and Conditions, and all applicable law.
- This bonus will:
i. Be open for acceptance from 00:01 on Thursday 24th May 2018; and
ii. close at Orca’s sole discretion (the period between is the Offer Period).
IMPORTANT: Customers who have been referred by an existing Orca customer may not claim this bonus. Customers may only claim this bonus once. Customers may claim other offers or bonuses in conjunction with this promotion only if specified within the terms of the additional promotion in question.
II. ACCEPTING THE BONUS OFFER:
- To accept Orca’s offer, and receive the investment bonus, new customers must do each of the following things during the Offer Period:
- sign-up or have already signed up on https://invest.orcamoney.com/ without having made an initial deposit.
- add funds to their Orca Account and invest a minimum of £1,000 and receive a bonus as per the levels of initial deposit as shown below:
- £1,000-£4,000 initial deposit qualifies the new customer to receive £100 from Orca
- £5,000-£9,000 initial deposit qualifies the new customer to receive £150 from Orca
- £10,000+ initial deposit qualifies the new customer to receive £200 from Orca
The bonus offered is based off of a new customer’s initial deposit only. Additional rewards cannot be claimed based on top-ups over the course of a new customer’s lifetime investment.
III. WHEN AND HOW THE BONUS WILL BE PAID:
The bonus will be paid on the 12-months anniversary of the new customer’s initial deposit, providing the following conditions have been met:
- £1,000 or more has been deposited into the new customer’s Orca Account as their initial deposit.
- The new customer does not withdraw any part of their investment within 12 months beginning on the date when Orca receives their initial deposit.
Once the bonus has been paid into the new customer’s Orca Account it will be invested in the next investment cycle.
